Tour Price

Hotels and meals

• 2 Nights at Kinar Classic

• 6 Nights at Inbal Jerusalem

• Buffet breakfasts daily

• All Shabbat meals, daily lunches and 4 dinners

Hotel rooms will be provided in accordance with the itinerary. All rooms are standard twin bedded rooms with private bath or shower. Room assignments are made by local hotel management on run of the house basis. Location, size and view may vary. Single supplement, suite upgrades and family rooms are available for additional fee. For participants traveling alone, if requested, One Israel Fund/NCYI will attempt to match you with a roommate. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Airfare

One Israel Fund/NCYI takes no responsibility for flight arrangements. However, we recommend Judy at Do All Travel. Please call her at 718.301.1327 and tell her you are part of the One Israel Fund/NCYI Solidarity Mission to Israel.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

A $500 deposit per person is required to confirm and accept your application and to guarantee space for this exciting trip. One Israel Fund/NCYI offers a $200 early bird special discount for any reservations paid in full by October 16, 2009. The complete land package balance is due prior to October 31, 2009. Checks should be made payable to One Israel Fund or call the One Israel Fund office for credit card payments – 516.239.9202 x10.

Cancellation Policy and Terms

Tour Package Cancellation fee is $100 per person for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received between 29 and 10 days prior to the start of the mission will be refunded by 50% not including the deposit. Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the start of the mission will not be refunded. If a trip participant leaves during the trip, regardless of cause or reason, the remainder of the trip is completely non-refundable.

Vat Tax Regulations

Please be aware that according to the new Israeli tax laws, being strictly enforced by all hotels, all guests holding Israeli citizenship, even those with dual citizenship / passports both for individual travelers and guests part of a group, or invited local guests, will be charged VAT tax. Therefore, please provide such information for quote finalization; otherwise, the charge shall be retroactive.

Passport and Visas

For US citizens, passports should be valid for a minimum of 6+ months from date of entry to Israel. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents. If you are not a US citizen, please

contact your local Israeli consulate for visa requirements. Visas are not needed for US citizens. A copy of each passport must accompany the application.

Insurance

One Israel Fund/NCYI does not provide trip insurance. We strongly suggest purchasing a policy with your travel agent when booking your airfare.

Liability

Changes can be made in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We hereby expressly waive any claim for accidents, injuries, delays or any other loss that any of our customers incur as a result of any service provided on your trip. In no event shall the liability of One Israel Fund/NCYI exceed the amount actually paid.

One Israel Fund/NCYI reserves the right to reject acceptance for the trip to any person at the sole discretion of One Israel Fund and the National Council of Young Israel.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Addendum

One Israel Fund and the National Council of Young Israel (hereby referred to as OIF/NCYI) and all cooperating agencies act only in the capacity as agents for the hotels, bus companies, or owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation or other services, means of transportation, accommodations, and other services (hereinafter: suppliers) and all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, vouchers, contracts and tickets issued by tour operator are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodation, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such suppliers or by any person in employ. By the acceptance of tour membership – and/or such coupons, exchange orders, vouchers, receipts, contracts and tickets – the tour member agrees to the foregoing. He/she also agrees that neither the tour operator, nor any of its employees or affiliates shall be or become liable for any loss, injury, damage, added expenses or costs in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from: any acts of God, breakdown in machines or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, acts of terrorism or war, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, improper visas, passports or other travel documents, defaults, delays from any causes beyond the tour operator’s control. By embarking upon his/her tour, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks of damages involved with such tour, whether expected or unexpected and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance constitutes consent to the above, and an agreement on the traveler’s part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. Tour operator reserves the right to refuse any person, before or during the trip and to cancel or change the tour, hotel, or sightseeing, should circumstances warrant at tour operator’s judgment.

The United States State Department has issued an official travel warning, available for review online at: http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/tw/tw_922.html advising all U.S. citizens of the risks and dangers of traveling to Israel. The undersigned hereby understands this warning and the dangers of traveling to Israel and knowingly assumes all risks and agrees to release and waive any and all claims against OIF/NCYI and its agents from any liability in connection with the undersigned’s participation in the One Israel Fund/National Council of Young Israel Mission to Israel. This release shall be interpreted only as broadly as the law permits.
